freedomRail is the ultimate closet system. Using a combination of steel supports and wire or wood shelving, you get a storage system with unlimited potential and flexibility. freedomRail gives you the ability to create your own closet, with your own look, and the ability to change it at any time! You are never locked in. You can reconfigure a single section or the entire closet; you can add to it, or even move it to another room or house!

Wood shelves and drawers give the look of fine furniture, while the steel uprights hide behind your hanging garments and shelves. freedomRail supports don't prevent a hanger from sliding through, so every possible inch is maximized. When space is at a premium, you can't afford to give it up for supports, or even end caps: At Space Age Shelving, we cut our wire shelves flush for a finished look, so there are no sharp edges, no plastic end caps, and you can join two shelves in a single bracket!

freedomRail is available with both wire or wood shelf options. Wire shelves with tight mesh are available in white or nickel to match the finish of the uprights and brackets. Wire shelves also allow you to see everything, even on high shelves, and encourage air flow throughout the space. freedomRail's wire shelves are made from durable epoxy-coated steel, so you never have to worry about discolouration or chipping.

Wood shelves are available in FIVE finishes to match your furniture or floors and can be matched with white or nickel hardware. Melamine shelves are available in white, maple and cherry, or you can choose real wood veneers in espresso and natural oak. Combined with solid O-Box drawer units, freedomRail's wood options achieve the "cabinet-style" look while maintaining functionality and allowing for easy installation.

We encourage you to learn as much as possible about our closet systems, but keep in mind that we provide free quotes at our showroom, online, and free in-home consultations. Let us use more than twenty years of experience to design and price out any area in your home or office, so you don't have to. Just contact us, and we will take care of the rest.

The following list encompasses a large portion of the available parts for the freedomRail system. Any items that are not in stock can usually be ordered within 2-4 weeks. Contact us to check for availability.

The best part of freedomRail is that it's easy to install. The only component that attaches to the wall is a horizontal track, and everything else simply hangs from there. freedomRail's unique anchor system doesn't require that you hit any studs, and that means any and every wall is a blank canvas for organization.

We can price your closet including installation, or you can do it yourself. We provide detailed drawings with each order and have over twenty years of experience to share with you before you start. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Debit and cash. For installations, we also accept cheques.

Do you have another location?
Space Age Shelving originated as a franchise, but now each store is individually owned. We no longer carry the same products, so please contact us for more information or to find out if we service your area.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns on any unaltered items within a reasonable amount of time as long as it remains in its original saleable condition. Some restrictions apply.

Is there a fee involved to get a quote? How long does it take?
We provide free closet planning at our showroom during business hours and free in-home consultations. We usually book consulations about a week in advance. In our showroom, we can usually provide you with a quote on the spot. For in-home consultations you can expect your quote within 24-48 hours for standard items.

Do you still carry "traditional" wire shelving?
With the evolution of closet organizers, traditional wire shelving is no longer in demand. While we no longer carry these systems, we still have some of the plastic brackets in stock. Unforunately, we cannot supply any traditional wire shelving or support bars at this time.
